If the order is placed before 12:00 pm the delivery will be on the same day, Saturdays orders need to be placed before 10:00 am for the same day delivery. When will the flowers be delivered?
At Sendflowers.co.za we always make every effort to deliver your gift to that special person. If however the recipient is not at home the florist will leave a 'called today' card, inviting them to call the florist and arrange a more convenient delivery time. Orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered in business hours and estimated time of delivery isn't possible .Delivery is however normally made two to three hours after ordered. Sendflower.co.za can only guarantee a specific delivery time if flowers are ordered the previous day.
There are special delivery circumstances applicable where a third party is involved e.g. hotels and hospitals. In such cases the signature of the person authorized to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order
